How to delete your data

You can delete the data Postlane holds about you and your Instagram account at any time, in either of these two ways.

Option 1: remove Postlane from Instagram

1. Open Instagram and go to your profile.
2. Open Settings and then Apps and websites.
3. Find Postlane (listed as Postlane - IG) under Active and tap Remove.

Postlane loses access to your account immediately. Instagram notifies us and we delete the data of that Instagram account: its profile basics, access token, post history and insights, and the files uploaded to publish on it. Your Postlane sign-in (email and password) stays until you ask us to delete it, as in Option 2.

Option 2: ask us by email

Write to contacto@nosolofans.com with the subject "Data deletion", from the email address of your Postlane account, and include the Instagram username. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

With Option 1: everything Postlane holds about that Instagram account (profile basics, access token, post history and insights, and the files uploaded for it). With Option 2: your Postlane account as well, together with the data of all your connected Instagram accounts and every file you uploaded. Posts already published stay on your Instagram account, because they are yours: you can delete them from Instagram.
